SHUMIE Floor Light

Named for its striking structural resemblance to a candle, our Shumie lamp features an octagonal base and pillar, topped with a curved flame-like dome. In keeping with its candle-like appearance, most of the light generated by the lamp is cast upwards and outwards from its dome, which is adorned with a beautiful hand-sawn floral motif. A gentler glow also escapes through the eight panels of textured parchment that line the lamp’s pillar, every other one of which is covered with a layer of ornately hand-sawn brass.
